82 percent of employees at Dominion Senior Living/Everlan say it is a great place to work compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
The Great Place to Work Institute has honored Dominion Senior Living and its independent living brand, Everlan, with certification as a Great Place to Work. The certification process considered more than 1,000 employee surveys from across Dominion’s locations.
Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
Dominion has a culture all its own. We’re proud that we are recognized for being a great place to work. Our rich history of investing in our employees and our faith-based culture help make us who we are.shares Bryan Starmer, Director of Marketing for Dominion.
In celebration, the company hosted several ceremonies at a few of their communities. One of the communities, Everlan of Johnson City in Tennessee, received the highest trust index score in the company on Great Place to Work’s site at 93 percent.
